Refund policy

FKN Nuts accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Because our pistachios are a food product, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed bags in their original packaging. Opened bags do not qualify for return for health and safety reasons.

To start a return, email us at info@getfknnuts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions. Do not send anything back before contacting us — we cannot accept unsolicited returns.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your bag is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us at info@getfknnuts.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially consumed bags
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Gift cards
  • Orders where the 30-day return window has passed

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different flavor, return your unopened bag for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund posts to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process and display the credit.

If 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund approval and you have not received it, contact us at info@getfknnuts.com and we will investigate immediately.
